Thank you for your interest! Lakes Church Academy is a private Christian school located in Downtown Lakeland, FL. All candidates should meet the following qualifications:
An LCA employee is one who has received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. He/she is a member in good standing of an evangelical church and shall lead a mature Christian life. He/she shall reflect the purpose of the school to honor Christ in every area and in every activity.

LCA is currently accepting applications for all positions for the 2025-2026 school year. While specific positions are not yet listed, we will contact qualified applicants as individual roles become available. Additionally, we will post specific openings when our staffing needs are finalized. If you see an opening posted after you have applied, you are welcome to reach out and ask to be considered for the specific position.
